An initiative of The Link.
The AI Builders Guild didn't come out of nowhere. It's a program from The Link — a LEED-Gold innovation hub in Nocatee, Florida — founded and run by serial entrepreneur Raghu Misra.
A place built for this.
The Link opened in 2021 as the first LEED-Gold building in Ponte Vedra. 22,500 square feet in Nocatee Town Center, purpose-built for founders, operators, and the people who invest in them.
The U.S. Department of Energy recognized it for integrating smart sensors into the building design. The Ponte Vedra Recorder named it Most Innovative Space. It's won Best Venue multiple years running. Home to the Conclave CEO dinner, the Forum executive series, Founder Fridays, and the Igloo Vision 360° Studio — the largest of its kind in the United States.
The Guild doesn't exist at a coworking space. It exists at an institution.
